Week 3: Power of Perseverance

Not much has happened in the Galia house in terms of quantity, however, progress is definitely being made.  At this point, there are still 4 weeks until Imelda ages into a YA, which coincidentally coincide with when Winter comes.

Not many photos were taken during week 3, but here is what’s going on:

Imelda finished Rambunctious scamp fairly quickly.

Imelda isn’t going to do more than one child aspiration.  The watcher feels like it’s too cheaty.  She wants to do most of the requirement work when she is the one in the driver seat.

Imelda brought home a school project on her first day of class.  By the time Friday came around, she was an A student.  She is also now in scouts, and has earned her first badge.  These are all things that I have not messed with in this game.  In fact, a secret (Come closer to the screen so you can hear me):  I have maybe only aged up one sim teenager since this game came out.  I tend to quit my files well before getting through the child stage.

Gonzalo has been hard at work this week.  He has continually surveyed the algae situation in the water, checked on dolphins and other wildlife, and gotten into more arguments over littering.  By the end of 1st Summer, Week 1 he is now level 9 in the Marine Biologist branch.  Fitness skill has been maxed, and he is at level 8 of logic (needs to be level 10).

Gonzalo’s sat points are sitting at 9,710, and so I had him do a Kava Party…everyone shows up, but there aren’t any goals for him to complete, which means that he can’t get a gold party.  The watcher is repairing the game as this is being written, in hopes that this will correct itself.

Sefi has been keeping busy as well.  She entered the gardener career, and has been working on that.  Here she is spending time fishing, waiting for the lily to bloom at the Oakenstead house.
